Beginning on the original purchase date, eligible products are protected against specific manufacturing-related defects that may arise under normal use conditions within the coverage period. If a qualifying issue is identified during this timeframe, our evaluation team will carefully inspect the product to determine whether repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution is warranted according to the terms of the warranty.

The purpose of this warranty is to address defects directly associated with manufacturing processes, material failures, or assembly inconsistencies that affect the normal functionality of the footwear. Coverage applies specifically to issues that can reasonably be traced back to the original production stage rather than damage resulting from ordinary wear or external influences. We believe that every customer should receive products that perform reliably under intended everyday use, and this policy has been established to reinforce our commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Examples of eligible manufacturing defects may include failures involving structural components, stitching integrity, bonding performance, or hardware attachment issues. For instance, defects affecting eyelets, lace systems, or fastening mechanisms may qualify for warranty consideration when such failures occur under standard usage conditions and are determined to result from production-related weaknesses rather than excessive force or misuse. Similarly, delamination issues involving the separation of sole layers or adhesive failures may be reviewed when evidence suggests that the condition resulted from inconsistencies during manufacturing rather than environmental exposure or abnormal wear patterns.

Stitching defects located in important structural areas of the footwear may also fall within warranty eligibility when premature unraveling, loose seams, or separation occurs shortly after purchase under normal use conditions. This may include stitching problems involving upper panels, interior linings, logo applications, or reinforcement areas that display signs of improper assembly or inadequate sewing during production. Our evaluation process focuses on identifying whether the issue originated from the construction process itself and whether the damage exceeds what would reasonably be expected through ordinary use.

While we are committed to supporting customers in situations involving legitimate manufacturing concerns, certain forms of wear and damage are excluded from warranty coverage to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers. This warranty is not intended to cover the gradual deterioration naturally associated with regular product use over time. Standard wear patterns such as outsole abrasion, fading, surface creasing, compressed cushioning, minor scuffing, or cosmetic aging are considered normal outcomes of continued use and therefore do not constitute manufacturing defects. Small punctures, scratches, or abrasions caused by daily activities are similarly categorized as ordinary wear rather than product failure.

In addition, the warranty does not extend to damage resulting from specialized activities, excessive physical stress, or improper usage beyond the footwear’s intended purpose. Products subjected to activities such as skateboarding, cycling, extreme sports, industrial labor, or other high-impact environments may experience accelerated wear due to friction, pressure, and repeated impact exposure. Because these conditions exceed normal everyday use expectations, damage resulting from such activities is generally excluded from warranty consideration.

Environmental exposure and improper care also fall outside the scope of warranty protection. Damage caused by prolonged contact with water, saturation from moisture, submersion in liquids, or exposure to harsh environmental conditions is considered external influence rather than manufacturing failure. Similarly, accidental damage involving cuts, tears, burns, abrasions from rough surfaces, or shrinkage caused by excessive heat exposure is not covered under this policy. Placement of footwear near heaters, open flames, dryers, or other high-temperature environments may compromise materials and adhesives, and such conditions are regarded as preventable external damage rather than defects in craftsmanship.

To ensure fairness and transparency, each warranty request is reviewed individually by trained specialists who assess the overall condition, usage history, and nature of the reported issue. In situations where the cause of damage is unclear or falls outside standard categories, additional review procedures may be conducted to determine whether the concern is related to manufacturing quality or expected wear conditions. Our objective is to provide customers with a dependable and transparent warranty process that carefully distinguishes between genuine production defects and the normal effects of active use.
